MEET FRANCES
Founder & CEO
Over a decade ago, Frances recognized a lack of representation in the children’s fashion industry and felt called to create something more inclusive. What began as a vision soon became a platform rooted in purpose, creativity, and community.
A mother of four, Frances has always had a deep love for fashion and storytelling. She began producing fashion shows as a teenager, and in 2007, she brought her vision to life by organizing a photo shoot with her children, family, and friends, laying the foundation for what would grow into a meaningful movement.
Blending her passion for fashion with her background in healthcare and education, Frances created Golden Kids Runway: Fashion for a Cause. The project is deeply personal, inspired by her lived experiences and her desire to uplift children through visibility, confidence, and opportunity.
Today, Golden is a platform that celebrates creativity, diversity, and emerging talent while giving back to the community. At its heart is a simple belief: when we lift one another, we all rise. Frances is dedicated to honoring the magic of childhood and reminding every child that they are seen, valued, and truly golden.
